For the full bore valve, the bore diameter i.e hole in the ball has the same internal diameter as the pipe, whereas a reduced bore valve has a smaller bore diameter than the internal diameter of the pipework it is on.For example, 3/4” full bore valve bore is 20mm, while 3/4” reduced port valve bore is 15mm. Full port has bigger flow rate. But for general applications, reduced port is enough, their flow rate is much bigger than solenoid valve.
