FAQ

  • Q What is the difference between B3, BD3 and KT32? Could you pls explain?

A B3: one common line control
KT32=BD3+ capacitor return, Red + green closed  =open the valve, Red + green open =  close valve, if power cut, it has capacitor inside, so you can choose automatically close(or open).
BD3: when power cut, it will keep position, no capacitor inside.

  • Q Why you use capacitor return, not spring return?

A Spring return is cheap, but if the spring is compressed for a long time, it has a limited lifespan. The greater the compression, the lower the elastic wear, and the lower the reliability. Capacitor return is a constant torque to ensure reliability.
  • Q What is your fail safe function? Do you have capacitor return?

A Yes, we have fail safe and capacitor return function. After power cut, it can automatically close/open or to your requested position for safety.
  • Q Do you have warehouse? What is the payment term?

    A
We do not have warehouse. Generally, after receiving your payment, we will arrange for production. Payment is 100% prepayment. For big batch, you can arrange for advance payment to start production, rest before shipment.
  • Q What is full port or reduced port ball valve?

    A
These are two different types of ball valves. But the major difference between a full bore valve and a reduced bore valve is this:
For the full bore valve, the bore diameter i.e hole in the ball has the same internal diameter as the pipe, whereas a reduced bore valve has a smaller bore diameter than the internal diameter of the pipework it is on.For example, 3/4” full bore valve bore is 20mm, while 3/4” reduced port valve bore is 15mm. Full port has bigger flow rate. But for general applications, reduced port is enough, their flow rate is much bigger than solenoid valve.
  • Q KLD 20S Series - are they available with the position feedback signal option?

A Yes, we have feedback options.
  • Q Are the actuators for 20S series the same size/performance (within the working voltage category)  no matter which connection size? Or are they connection size specific?

    A
Basic technical parameters almost the same, for big size and small size, working current a little bit different, but from max power it is the same.
  • Q Can the actuator of 24 VDC be applied on the same valve instead of 230 VAC actuator ?

A No, I think you use J+J now, ours is wide voltage, but 24V and 220V are different models. 220V is 95-265V.  24V is 22-28V.
  • Q Are the  B3 - KT32 - BD3 and their "S" - (signal mutations) options available also in 100N series?

A Yes, all wiring can have feedback signals options.
  • Q When can I get a quote?

A We usually quote within 24 hours of receiving your inquiry. If you need a price very urgently, please call us on email so we will give priority to your inquiry.
